The extended stay hotel kicked off the year with an expansion into Phoenix, marking the beginning of the hotel’s dramatic growth in 2025. With the future opening of this property, LivAway’s third in the greater Phoenix area, the company plans to capitalize on demand for extended stay lodging near healthcare hubs, military bases, and distribution centers.
Additionally, in June, LivAway Suites took another bold step in Arizona with a Tuscon groundbreaking, marking its fourth property in the state at the time. This location is predicted to open its doors to the public in summer 2026, bringing modern, affordable lodging options to one of Arizona's most dynamic cities. Recently, in December 2025, LivAway Suites marked yet another groundbreaking in Mesa, Arizona.
The momentum didn’t cease here – perhaps LivAway Suite’s most notable accomplishment of the year was surpassing 100,000 room nights in the company’s first year of operation, demonstrating consumer demand nationwide for the affordable extended stay chain. This outstanding accomplishment has been noted by industry observers as underscoring both pent-up demand in the extended stay segment and the brand's outstanding ability to capture it.
